General Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by LanciaVintage.it  within 10 business days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

To return the item send us an email  (info@lanciavintage.it) , we will reply giving you a number of return. This number must be written on the pack of the item returned. We will inspect and check good conditions of the goods returned. Please send the parts free of any charges and goods without value. Items must be returned to LanciaVintage c/o AFRA sas via Carducci 36/38 – 20019 Settimo Milanese ITALY

Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us  via email (info@lanciavintage.it) a request  for replacement. In any case the original item must be returned  and once received it we will ship the replacement.

Please note that it takes us 5 to 7 business days to process returns once they arrive at our  warehouse.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). The refund will be made either on your credit card or bank account.

Shipping
We gladly accept orders from all around the globe. Shipping and packing rates may vary depending on the delivery address and the weight for your order.

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based how quickly we can obtain and ship your items to  your shipping address, approximately it takes from 7 to 8 business days to deliver.

Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.
